The Decision Engine: The eMotivate engine resides on a central server configuration. Once installed, the central server downloads an instance of the decision engine and promotions to each store where it seamlessly interfaces to the Register system. The in-store engine interacts with all transactions real time, responding directly to the register, thus optimizing local performance, without limiting the scope of the type of promotion.

Offers Flexibility: If you can express the rule in a formula, eMotivate can create the offer. The offers can be issued based on the individual transaction or cumulative based on a series of transactions. Offers can be points, dollars or any other currency you choose. The flexibility is limited by only two factors, your imagination and the limitations of your current POS system.

Transaction Reporting: After transactions are completed, they are trickled back to the central server. The central server updates the engine at every connected store so that the database serving the store reflects the status of all customer incentives across the chain within minutes of every real time transaction.

APIs: Do you already have a campaign management, e-mail or business intelligence system? No problem. eMotivate comes with a set of standard API’s to interface not only with these systems but your e-commerce system as well.
