A 60-day pilot on your buildings.
For 60 days, we run the New York buildings you choose through IncentEdge and hand you, for each one, the incentive programs it may qualify for, each with its source document, the date we checked it, the conditions attached to the amount, and what we could not determine. You tell us up front, in writing, what would make the pilot worth it to you, and we check against that at day 30 and day 60.
We are early. You would be one of our first design partners, and the pilot is priced for that.
- 60 days
- Fixed fee by scope
- Your success measure
- New York first
One fixed fee, set by scope.
- One fixed amount for the scope you pick, quoted after a 20-minute call and agreed before we start.
- Never a percentage of any incentive. No success fee, commission or bonus tied to awards.
- No automatic renewal. At the end you decide whether to continue, and on what terms.
The scope is set in writing before we start: which New York buildings, how many, and what you receive for each.
You say what success looks like.
You write it before the kickoff, in your own words. We put it in the agreement and check it with you at day 30 and day 60. A few examples of the kind of measure that works:
- “For some of our buildings, it finds a program we had not already identified.”
- “It cuts our incentive research time per building.”
- “We can hand the output to a client with only light edits.”
- “Every figure it gives us traces back to a document we can open.”
What we promise, and what we do not.
What you can hold us to.
- Every incentive amount comes with its source link and the date we last verified it.
- The conditions attached to an amount are shown wherever that amount is shown.
- What we could not determine is stated plainly, with the question that would settle it.
- Each program is reported on its own. No combined totals.
- Your building data is used only for your pilot, never sold, and deleted on request.
- The weekly check-in happens, and a short written summary follows each one.
What the pilot does not cover.
- That any building or client will qualify for, apply for, or receive any incentive, or any particular amount or timing. Program administrators change programs without notice.
- Any stacked or combined total across programs.
- Cost estimates. They are not part of the pilot.
- Legal, tax, financial or engineering advice. We are a research tool; you and your clients confirm with the program administrator.
- Applications. We do not file them, and we do not contact program administrators on your behalf.
- Complete coverage outside New York.
- Features that are not built yet, such as several people at your firm sharing one set of projects.
New York first. New Jersey buildings can be added on request, with the caveat that New Jersey is a partial first batch of programs and has no building estimate.
Kickoff, weekly check-ins, two checkpoints.
- Day 0
30-minute kickoff. Agree the scope, the buildings and your success measure, and sign the one-page agreement.
- Days 1 to 5
First buildings delivered.
- Weekly
20-minute check-in, with a short written summary after.
- Day 30
Midpoint check against your measure.
- Day 45
The continue-or-stop conversation.
- Day 60
Final results against your measure, in writing.
The check-in.
- What you ran this week, and what you did with it.
- What was wrong, missing or unclear. We log each item and tell you what we did about it.
- Where things stand against your success measure.
- Which buildings come next.
What we ask of you.
- Keep the weekly check-in.
- Tell us when something is wrong. That is the most useful thing a design partner does.
- At day 45, a short conversation about whether to continue.
- If it worked, permission to describe the result. We use your name only with your written consent, each time.
- If it worked, an introduction to one colleague who might want the same.
Ask about a pilot.
Tell us about your buildings and what a good result looks like. We write back to set up a 20-minute call, and quote the fixed fee for your scope after it.
The fee is a fixed amount for the scope, never a percentage of any incentive.
